The University of South Florida’s top priority is the safety of all students, faculty, staff and visitors.
As a UE instructor, help introduce your students to the important safety alerts and resources at USF.


MoBull Messenger Emergency Notification System

Log-in to the MoBull Messenger to the Information Technology Web site in order to opt in or opt out of receiving emergency text alerts.

1. Visit the NetID Account Services Web site, and login using your NetID.

2. Click Update Emergency Notification Settings

3. Follow instructions to Opt In. You will need to provide your mobile phone number and select your campus location(s) for alerts.

4. Click Submit


In the event of an emergency, official notifications will be updated as changes occur or there are cancellations to report. For the latest emergency information, always check the main USF Website at usf.edu.
