Whether you are dealing with a plagiarism case or just want to help educate your students on how to avoid plagiarizing unknowingly, here is a great resource you can use: http://davon.etg.usf.edu/share/plagiarism/story.html. This is an interactive presentation/quiz (created by USF's eTeaching & Technology Group) that provides opportunities for your students to test their understanding of citing sources, paraphrasing, quoting, etc. using actual samples of text.
USF's Ethics & Integrity Council website includes other resources that you may find helpful, such as this guide for avoiding plagiarism that was produced by the USF library staff. All of these resources are a good complement to the Commitment to Honor or academic skills topics in the UE curriculum.
